Master of Management
An overview of current issues within the field of management and organisational studies, detailed knowledge of management theory and leadership. After foundation studies, students can tailor their elective units to suit their individual requirements and interests.


Master of Human Resource Management
This course provides the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and expertise in human resource management, in the context of external and organisational change, new employment relationships, globalisation and a changing workforce. The program provides comprehensive coverage of key theoretical and research developments in the field and emphasises the development of practical skills and relevance to industry.


Master of Business Management
This 12-unit course is designed for those wishing to undertake graduate studies in general business management principles by flexible delivery (off campus/distance education). The course has a particular emphasis on the development of skills and competencies necessary to manage effectively in both local and global environments.


Master of Workplace and Industrial Relations
This 12-unit course has been designed for those working or intending to work in any area of industrial relations, human resource management or the management of people. Within a legal and institutional framework, this program links industrial relations and employee management practices with broader issues of economic policy, wage and labour policy, efficiency and productivity.
